I want to warn you all for this member:
This guy is buying stuff on the internet, so also 4 replacement screens for the laptimer from me,
He pays for it, when he get it he will make a case in paypal, not ebay! Saying he wants he money back! And thats the trick!!!
When you do that with paypal and a creditcard you can scam people!
So i want to warn you all for this guy!
I hope you will read it Sahin! Iam doing my best and all the information i sended to Paypal, ebay and the France police. Have a nice day you scam!!!

La prochaine fois que tu donnes le nom et adresse d'un membre sur un espace libre au vu et au sus de tout le monde je me chargerais de te bannir purement et simplement et ce sans avertissement
Bon étant parfaitement au courant de l'affaire qui t'oppose à Sahine, puisque on se téléphone tous les jours, il t'as dit qu'il n'avait pas de Chrono à faire réparer et que donc si tu en avait à vendre il t'en achetait 4 entier et réparés. Au lieu de ça tu lui envoie 4 écran LCD. Donc tout ce qu'il veux c'est que tu lui reprenne les 3 écrans qu'il lui reste puisqu'il en garde 1 et que tu les lui rembourse....
C'est justement pour éviter ce genre de problème qu'en principe on vire d'office les gens qui cherchent à vendre des chose et qui font leurs bizness sur les forum

En faite mon Phil Sahine attend juste son accord sur le remboursement ce dont il a refusé en lui disant que ça lui couterais 60€ de frais en tout cas Sahine attends toujours son accord pour lui renvoyer les écrans

C'est ce que Marcel a dit à Sahine , car c'était au vendeur d'annuler la vente et que s'il l'annulait ça lui couterait 60€ .... Sahine à donc téléphoner à Paypal pour avoir la confirmation et là Payapl lui a répondu qu'il n'y avait pas de frais d'annulation. Pour ma part je pense simplement que Marcel ne veux pas reprendre ses écrans et faire le remboursement ( c'est ce que j'en conclu du moins )

J'ai vu une offre a l'échante pour des chrono a 90€ piece sur Ebay j'en ai pris 4 par la suite je recois un email de Marcelle qui me demande si mon adresse est celui qui est sur Ebay il me joint aussi son adresse et me demande de lui envoyer les 4 chrono pour la reparation . Je lui répond et je lui dit que je n'est pas de chrono a réparer si il vend des chrono comme sur la photos qu'il a mis je lui prend les 4 que j'ai payé, dans le cas contraire ije lui est demandé d'annuler la transaction suite a sa il ma pas répondu je lui est envoyé 3 email en lui demandant d'annuler la transaction puis ensuite je suis parti voir une personne qui parle bien l'anglais pour lui expliquez par téléphone que je n'est pas besoin d'écran mais que je veux comme même lui en prendre 2 ou voir 3 maximum mes pour le reste qu'il me rembourse la différence comme sur une des messages qu'il m'avait dit il a répéter en disant que sa lui couter des frais d'environ 60€, par la suite j'ai contacté payable il m'ont dit qu'il ,y'avait pas de frais j'ai signalé a payable que j'allai faire opposition pour litige il m'ont répondu en me disant que seul le vendeur pouvait annulé la transaction et que je devait m'arranger avec lui mais ce dernier fessait le sourd je suis comme même rester 30 minutes au téléphone avec payable et je lui est même signalé que j'alait bloqué payable donc il était au courant de tous ce monsieur me surnomme d'escrocs je ne suis pas un escrocs j'ai était victime d'une personne qui a garder' le silence sur une vente qu'il ne précise pas a 100% . Aujourd'hui si il est d'accord je suis prêt a lui renvoyer 2 écran et en gardant 2 pour moi mais il faut qu'il me rembourse . J ATTIRE LATTENTION DE TOUS LES MEMBRES ET JE DEMANDE INDULGENCE A TOUS DE NE PAS FAIRE UNE POLEMIE SUR UN MAL ENTENDU . MERCI DE VOTRE COMPRÉHENSION A TOUS JE VOUS SOUHAITE UNE BONNE SOIRÉE.

I contacted the France police about you, because you are a scamm! Paypal and ebay are now investigation the case and i promise you, you wont get your money back. I sended them all the provements i have, i can see with the tracking that you have signed for the packets, and that you have it. I sended them your full name and adress. I will place the story on all the Mercedes forums in Europe about this case, ebay is going to block your account and paypal is willing to do that also and your creditcard company is adding you on the black list so its hard for you the get a new one.
I realy hope it costs you alot of time, but i will get my money back no mather how i get it. Your just a stupid scamm who is trying to rip of people on the internet, i can tell you , you did it by the wrong person now. Iam more then happy that i have such good connections with the police, paypal and ebay so its just a mather of time before i get it back.
I realy hope this was your last scam!!!!

Je suis tout à fait d'accord et prêt pour fermer le problème Paypal, mais pour ça, je veux que vous me repreniez 2 écrans et que vous me les remboursiez
Je vous avait demander au début de la transaction si vous vendier des chonomètres, et vous m'avez répondu que vous en répariez et en revendiez aussi, donc sur cette base je vous ai commandé 4 chrono pour la somme de 360€ ,pensant avoir des choros complet en état de fonctionnement
Mais dans le colis que vous m'avez envoyé il n'y avait que 4 écrans !!!! que puis je faire avec 4 écrans seuls sans les boitiers de chrono ?? si j'avais seulement su que vous m'enverriez que ces 4 écrans LCD, jamais je ne vous les auraient achetés. C'est pour cette raison que je voudrais que vous me repreniez 2 des 4 écrans et que vous me les remboursiez. Et à cet instant ok je ferme le litige Paypal

Aviez précisé à Ilhami que vous lui vendriez que les écrans ? Apparemment non, vous pourriez peut-être faire un geste en lui en reprenant 2 et que vous lui rembourseriez .... Car effectivement je ne vois aucune utilité d'avoir 2 écrans LCD sans les chronomètres .. Mettez vous un peu à sa place.
En tout cas je vous demanderais à tout les 2 de ne pas mêler le forum et notre association à votre affaire, car elle n'a eue lieu qu'entre vous 2 sur eBay même si vous êtes tout les 2 membre de notre forum vous n'êtes ni l'un ni l'autre passé par notre forum pour faire cette transaction. On veux bien jouer les médiateurs de façon à clore au plus vite ce sujet et que l'on puisse revenir à vie plus tranquille sans qu'elle soit pourrie par une affaire à la mord moi le nœud

On veux bien jouer les médiateurs de façon à clore au plus vite ce sujet et que l'on puisse revenir à vie plus tranquille sans qu'elle soit pourrie par une affaire à la mord moi le nœud
